Beyond the standards of dental industry.
Dentalhuset is a cloud application for dental professionals that set the whole new standards in the Norway’s oral healthcare. Baggy was approached by the enthusiastic specialists with the lifelong experience in the relevant disciplines of medical industry, who wanted to meet the consumers’ needs and fill the gap on the market by providing socially conscious, reliable, thorough and innovative services in the field of dentistry.
It is one of the biggest projects Baggy ever worked on, and we were particularly proud on being the part of such a complex and versatile mission of creating a hub for all the participants within the industry, something that, actually, benefits all. So, Baggy did the complete visual identity, both user experience and user interface design, as well as custom code cloud application.
We started our magic recipe with a strong and sophisticated logo and the design that meets the eye, followed by fast responsive and sturdy web. From the beginning our creative process was focused on simplifying the usability and accessibility of the Dentalhuset application in order to enhance the user satisfaction and maximize the experience. Baggy imagined this project as always changing and growing, so our team of programmers developed the software specifically to Dentalhuset’s business needs.
Baggy enabled the broadest possible palette of services both for professionals and everyone included. For example, we built a reading platform for electronic learning which contains a custom made reading application for various handbooks and administrative guidebooks. In connection to this, our team designed an e-commerce section where members can subscribe, book expert courses and find programs for further specializations, or simply get a nice, juicy discount. As a special interactive segment, Baggy also created a complete forum and marketplace for exchange of advices and opinions between professionals and clients.
Furthermore, various useful analyses and statistics – as well as quizzes, polls and ratings regarding dental offices and employees – where integrated in a separate segments and stored in easily accessible compartments. And not just that! Our solution for Dentalhuset includes a platform for members where they can require legal and financial services from lawyers, economists and marketing and consultant experts without even leaving the portal. Finally, only one click away, we built a file section that contains useful documents and legally approved contract templates.
With only one swing, and little help of mighty OPUS – the newest trend on the software market – Baggy digitalized the complete database. We create a paper-free system that collects everything from appointments and patient’s medical information, to financial reports of all transactions. The best parts is that instead of spending a good portion of working hours on the exhausting daily administrational knickknacks, dental offices can now use it on their patients and clients, and maximize their profit.
At the end, we made sure that Dentalhuset blows the competition out of the water. Given that they are regular participant in medical industry trade fairs, two years in a row Baggy conceptualized the presentation and provided the whole exhibition material. Including the design of the booth itself! Stationary design included special bulletin that was sent to 200 different dentists in the country, Christmas adds for magazines and very chic business cards printed out on a luxurious, multilayered paper.
